Engagement model

Every CGLA engagement starts with a short paid diagnostic — usually two to four weeks — that defines the problem, the workstreams and the senior team. Only then does a longer engagement letter follow. We don't sell hours; we sell senior judgement against a defined outcome.

Methodology

Three-phase rhythm — Diagnostic (read the situation), Design (decide the moves), Delivery (make them stick). Each phase has named deliverables and a senior partner accountable end-to-end.

  • Are you a regulated financial adviser?

    No. CGLA Investment OÜ provides business advisory services to corporate clients only. We are not authorised to provide regulated investment advice, wealth management or retail financial planning.

  • How is a project priced?

    Engagements are scoped against an outcome and a defined senior team — typically a fixed-fee diagnostic followed by a structured engagement letter. We do not charge by the hour.

  • Do you work outside EE / UK?

    Yes — we work across the EU and the wider region on referral. Our two offices are where senior partners are based.

  • Do you publish references?

    No. Our work is conducted under strict confidentiality. Senior references are made available privately on request.
